What We Love
Story Hill Bungalow is in a great location walking distance to American Family Field (15 min walk) or hop on a shuttle from the local bars a few blocks away. It's also a quick 7 minute drive to Fiserv forum and close to all downtown Milwaukee has to offer like Summerfest and the Harley-Davidson Museum. Story Hill neighborhood is a charming area with homes built in the 1930's with amazing character. This character includes hardwood floors throughout that squeak in areas! This renovated home is great for small groups up to 8 people.
About the Space
The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 twin. There is also a pull out couch in the living room. The Kitchen was just renovated and has a Keurig for coffee and everything you need for general cooking. The Full bathroom is also on this level.
In the basement you will find an additional bedroom with King bed, a half bath, and a rec room that is a great hang out place in bad weather or with a larger group (8 max).
The dining room between the kitchen and living room seats 6-8 people comfortably and flows nicely into the living room
Large patio in the back of the house to enjoy the outdoors. Fire pit, Grill, Cornhole and Beer Pong game available!
Please note:
-We take extra care with cleaning using hot water to sanitize all sheets; we thoroughly clean the bathroom and all other surfaces.
-The house is not wheelchair accessible and has approximately 5 stairs to get to the main level from the driveway. It could be difficult for an elderly person or someone physically challenged.
- there are 2 video and audio recording devices that continually record for safety. One at the front door facing the street and one on the garage pointed down the driveway to capture side door and some views of back patio. Tampering with recording devices may result in fines or being asked to leave the property.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the house except for the locked attic and the storage room in basement that is kept for supplies. The garage will not necessarily be available for parking, but your could fit up to 3 cars in the driveway. You will have self-check-in.

This house is on a busier street and near a freeway. There is a possibility of street noise. You will have a flight of stairs to ascend before reaching the ground level of the house. The houses in this neighborhood are close together and guests need to be mindful of noise levels and quiet hours of 10pm -8am. No pets on the property and no smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
